You can change your treatment day booking at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking within 7 days of booking you will incur a 50% cancellation payment. If you cancel, or fail to arrive, within 7 days of your arrival, you will be charged the full payment.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed. A visit to our spa will allow you to focus on you — this is your time to escape and relax.
