Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability.
All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the time payment is made. If you cancel, reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend your appointment, the full payment will be retained and no refund will be provided.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed. A visit to our spa will allow you to focus on you — this is your time to escape and relax.
